Pricing is per legal form. AG, GmbH, KmAG and SICAV are also eligible to digitize their own equity as issuers.
Annual billing: Annual billing: Pay once per year — equivalent to 10 monthly payments (2 months free). Monthly billing: No commitment, cancel anytime. Personal investors always register for free under the Personal Investor plan.
Capabilities Included
All features below are included for every corporate investor entity — regardless of legal form.
Corporate KYB (Know Your Business) is required for all entity accounts. Submit your company extract (Handelsregisterauszug), beneficial ownership structure, and authorized signatories. Usually completed within 1–3 business days.
Define individual or collective signature rights (Einzelunterschrift / Kollektivunterschrift zu zweien) per your company's articles. Managed per OR Art. 718 (AG) or Art. 814 (GmbH).
SICAV entities require a FINMA collective investment scheme licence. All company subscriptions and payouts move through SIX bLink; the receiving Swiss bank performs AML (AMLA) due diligence and sanctions/FATF screening on every transaction — Invesdors does not perform AML screening itself.
Subscriptions are activated via SIX bLink Open Banking — direct bank transfer from your corporate account. No credit cards. Supports all major Swiss banks (UBS, ZKB, Raiffeisen, PostFinance, BEKB and more).
