Who can run one
Any Swiss company or association can run a reward (pre-purchase) campaign — AG, GmbH, KmAG, cooperative or sole proprietorship, as well as associations and foundations. Because it is licence-free, it is not tied to a specific plan. Donation campaigns are designed for associations and foundations (Association, Foundation) and non-profit causes — a commercial company may receive gifts too, but they count as taxable income.
Campaign features
No shares, no financial return, no prospectus — ordinary Swiss contract law, not a FinSA / FinIA / KAG instrument.
Backers pre-purchase a product, service, or perk. Advance purchase under OR Art. 184 — not equity.
Backers support a stated cause as a gift under OR Art. 239 and receive nothing in return.
Confirmed pledges settle bank-to-bank via SIX bLink from the backer's bank to your payout account.
The platform does not custody pledge funds. Money moves bank-to-bank; payout must not be a Liberierungskonto.

Reward and donation campaigns are not capital raises. They do not issue shares, create shareholder rights, or promise a financial return. Payout accounts must not be a Kapitaleinzahlungskonto (Liberierungskonto).
