Banks move CHF on bLink. The company keeps its books on Web. Ownership lives on the company share register (Aktienbuch / Anteilbuch) by default; AG and KmAG may optionally record Registerwertrechte on a DLT ledger. Invesdors relays and pays gas where a ledger is used — it does not issue shares alone and does not hold investment principal.
See Register shares vs Ledger shares for the product distinction.
Investment principal credits the issuer Liberierung / settlement IBAN — never the Invesdors billing IBAN. P2P share price credits the seller's verified bank account. Only platform fees hit the billing IBAN. Board-governed issuer acts use EIP-712 on the ledger path; the platform hot key is RELAYER + gas for those paths. On the register path, ownership is a CapTable book entry after Web gates and bLink proof.
Critical events (Kaufvertrag, bLink payments, dividends, AGM minutes, board settlement, CapTable↔ledger reconcile where applicable) are hashed into the audit log so Web integrity can be verified without putting CHF on-chain.
Optional ownership tokens are built on the CMTA CMTAT reference. CMTA publishes firm audits for that library (notably Halborn on CMTAT v3.0.0). We pin CMTAT 3.2.0; the 3.0→3.2 delta and Invesdors-specific wrappers remain in scope for a dedicated spine engagement. Counsel memo (FinSA / BankG / AMLA / FinMIA) will be published when complete.
